In memory of Paul Bocuse

On 20.01.2018 one of the most beloved chefs of our time passed away. Paul Bocuse is renowned for his innovative approach to cooking and the high quality of his restaurants.

Paul Bocuse, the embodiment of a towering, sometimes haughty French chef, has died in Lyon, three weeks shy of his 92nd birthday.

Bocuse revolutionized the moribund style of cooking known as haute cuisine and almost single-handedly gave life to cuisine du marché, the notion of using ingredients fresh from the market, which spawned a generation of what we now call "farm-to-table" restaurants.
