What is the Current Policy about?

When you use www.smokini.bg you may voluntarily choose to provide your personal data. In this policy you will find information about who is going to process your personal data, how long your personal data will be stored, what are the protection measures taken in relation to the processing of your personal data, etc.

When you voluntarily choose to submit your personal data, you declare that you have read and you are aware of the current privacy policy.

Who is processing your personal data?

Your personal data is processed by “Shtipka sol” LTD, UIC: 203910015, having its seat and registered address in Republic of Bulgaria, Plovdiv District, Rodopi Municipality, Markovo Village,  22 “Tsar Ivan Asen II” Str., hereby referred to as the “Controller”.

When are we processing your personal data?

Newsletter subscription

When you use www.smokini.bg, you can choose to subscribe for our newsletter. In case you choose to subscribe for our newsletter, we will send you on a daily basis, information about our lunch menu. In order to execute this purpose, you will have to provide us the following data:

  • your email.

You are able to object against the processing of your personal data anytime you find it necessary. You may opt out of receiving our newsletter by using the specially designed functionality for that in any email you receive from us. This can be done by using the following button "unsubscribe".  In this case we will terminate the processing of your personal data.

You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter also by e-mailing us on the following e-mail address: privacy@smokini.bg. 

Reservations

In case you call our contact phone and/ or use the functionality of our site to make a reservation, you agree to provide us with the following personal data:

  • your telephone number;
  • your name.

Your data will be processed solely for reservation purposes.  

Inquiries about events

The team of “Shtipka sol” LTD is dedicated to create the extraordinary event you have ever wanted, the way you have imagined it… or even better. All of that is due to the professionalism and the creativity as distinctive features of “Shtipka sol” LTD’s team. If you wish to make a request for the concept and realization of your event, you agree to provide us with all or part of the following information that may contain personal data:

  • your telephone number;
  • your name;
  • e-mail;
  • information about the event.

If you are interested in working with us, you may send us your CV, containing your personal data and the following information:

Under what ground is your personal data being processed? 

We process the personal data you have shared with us, solely on the basis of your explicit consent to submit your personal data. In certain events, we might process personal data in relation to legal obligations that we have or in order to protect our legitimate interest. In any case, we will process your personal data, on the grounds provided in Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

For what purposes will we process your personal data?

We will process your personal data in order to provide you with the services offered through www.smokini.bg. If you apply for a job with us, we will process the personal data you voluntarily provided us for the purposes of staff selection.

We may process your personal data for other purposes as well, when an applicable law requires us to perform such processing or we have obtained your explicit consent in this regard.

What rights do you have as an individual of personal data?

You have the following rights, for which we shall assist at any time:

How to exercise your rights?

  • Each of the abovementioned right might be executed by submitting written notice to 12 Otets Paisiy street, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, addressed to the Controller. The application may also be made electronically in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act. The application is submitted personally by you or by a person authorized by you unless a special law provides otherwise. The application must contain the name, address and other identification data of the individual, description of the request, preferred form of communication and actions under Art. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, signature, date of filing of the application and address for correspondence. If the application is filed by a power of attorney, an explicit power of attorney should also be attached.

Term of storing your personal data.

If you have provided your personal information to receive our newsletter, it will be stored until you unsubscribe.

  • The data we have received in order to make reservations will be stored only for as long as they are needed for the given purpose, after which the data will be deleted.
  • The data we have received in accordance with inquiries about events will be stored only for as long as they are needed for the given purpose, after which the data will be deleted.
  • The data we have received in accordance with your application for a job with us will be stored only for as long as they are needed for the given purpose, after which the data will be deleted.
  • The data you provide us as a result of the feedback will be stored only for as long as they are needed for the given purpose, after which the data will be deleted.

To which third parties are we able to submit your personal information?

In order to provide the greatest possible security for your personal data, we use high-security cloud services to store the information you provide.

What if you do not provide explicit consent or you withdraw it?

In the event that you do not agree to provide explicit consent for your personal data to be processed by us or you withdraw it, you will not be able to use the services offered by www.smokini.bg for which you are required to provide data.

What if you are under 16 years old?

We process personal data only of persons who are over 16 years of age. By providing us with your personal data, you declare that you are over 16 years of age.

What measures have we taken to protect your personal data?

We are aware how important is that your personal data is being processed correctly and that it is protected. The Controller’s team established adequate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. These measures ensure compliance with the principles, grounded to the processing of personal data by ensuring that your personal data is:

  • processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject (“lawfulness, fairness and transparency”);
  • collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; (“purpose limitation”).
  • adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (“data minimization”);
  • accurate and where necessary kept up-to-date. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure the timely erasure or correction of inaccurate personal data, considering the purposes for which they are processed (“accuracy”);
  • kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed (“storage limitation”);
  • processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures (“integrity and confidentiality”);
  • the Controller shall be responsible for, and will be able to demonstrate compliance with, paragraph 1 (“accountability”).

When are we able to change the current Privacy policy?
